Hi, I'm Dr Jen Ballie

Within a world proliferated with too much stuff, I am passionate about the role and responsibilities of the design professional and seeks to explore how we can add value to our everyday lives through design.

 

I have a dual appointment - Head of Design Research at V&A Dundee, a Design Museum and Reader at DJCAD, University of Dundee.

 

My portfolio showcases a selection of projects that apply design research to respond to big 21st century design challenges from - through material innovation and design futures thinking.
